What began as a pursuit of happiness by hosting wellness as colleagues turned into a real passion to bring mindfulness to the workplace. We love making people feel good — in their bodies, their own skin and most of all in their minds.

Our People
“The wound is where the light enters you” - Rumi
Naina’s journey began amidst the dark depths of family turmoil and trying to find herself in her early twenties. Her curiosity led to her traveling to ashrams all over India in search of gurus, to learn self-healing modalities and received training in chakra healing and angel therapy. While going through vipassana (silent meditation retreat), she realized that stillness was always within her and didn’t have to travel far to find it.
Naina obtained her Meditation Teachers Training from Ananda School of Meditation & Yoga. She has hosted corporate wellness workshops at Fortune 500 companies like Loblaw and Walmart Canada. Her mission is to birth a new workplace culture, one where you rise by lifting others and stop glorifying working to live.
